- $69 annual fee, is NOT waived.
5. Hawaiian Airlines – Barclays
- 35,000 miles after spending $1,000 within three months.
- Earn double miles on Hawaiian Air purchases, all other purchases one mile per dollar.
- 50% off companion ticket.
- $89 annual fee, is NOT waived.
6. Lufthansa – Barclays Miles & More World MasterCard®
- 20,000 miles after first purchase.
- 30,000 miles after spending $5,000 within three months.
- Earn double miles on Lufthansa purchases, all other purchases one mile per dollar.
- Annual companion ticket, but not really worth it because of all the fees.
- $79 annual fee, is NOT waived.
